During our last Disney World Vacation, we secured a reservation at Oga’s Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios. Being a lifelong Star Wars fan, I was really excited to see how Disney would present the experience of drinking in a Star Wars Cantina. In this post you’ll find out all you need to know about Oga’s Cantina menu with pictures too. Discover the drinks on offer and the overall experience in our full review.
Let’s go through what Oga’s Cantina at Disney World has to offer and what we thought of it.

Things to Know Before You Go
A few things to know before you visit Oga’s Cantina.
It Isn’t Cheap
As you should probably expect drink prices aren’t cheap although they are pretty much on par with prices across Walt Disney World but perhaps a dollar or two more expensive. This didn’t bother us as we wanted to experience the cantina and knew we would have to pay for that to a certain extent.
We’ll share prices and drinks options later on in this article, so you know what to expect.
There is a Time Limit
We were told by the cast members checking in guests that there is a 45-minute time limit when inside the Cantina. We found ourselves in there a lot longer, but we’ll get to why that happened later on in the article.
Location
Obviously, it is located in Hollywood Studios in Galaxy’s Edge with the Cantina being located past Kylo Ren’s ship towards the back of Galaxy’s Edge and can be found to the right just before you approach the Millennium Falcon and Smuggler’s Run. If you use the Disney World App on your phone like most places it is easy to locate once inside the park.
You can find a map of Hollywood Studios on the Disney World website here.
We Had to Wait a Short While to Get In
You can find quite the line of guests waiting to get in outside of the Cantina. When we visited there was a minimum 45-minute wait for guests without a reservation. We checked in and ended up waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes to get in (our reservation was for just before 2pm in the afternoon). I would recommend getting a reservation if you can.
Service and Tipping
We were very well looked after by our server who took care of our drinks orders and really made us feel a part of something special. He looked after us and the kids really well, so much so that when our Son didn’t like his blue milk (Blue Bantha) he took it away and brought out some water for him and didn’t charge us for the drink although the sugar cookie that came with it got eaten up. We gave a good tip because it was very much deserved.
90% Standing Room Capacity
Don’t expect to sit down inside Oga’s Cantina. There is only a few seated areas and we were lucky enough to be seated with 2 other groups. You will probably have to stand, and you will be mixed in with other parties. We didn’t find this to bad to be honest as we got quite absorbed into looking at all the details in the cantina and soaking in the music and atmosphere. I’m not sure what happens if you request to be seated though, I’m guessing you may have to wait a little longer but my advice would be to go in expecting to stand and if you do get seated it is a nice bonus.
Inside Oga’s Cantina
The Cantina is a large round building with the main round bar in the center the focal point and tables surrounding it with seated areas along the edge of the room. You have DJ Rex performing a DJ set to the left of the bar as you enter with lots of detail above and behind the bar to look at as you will see in the photo below.
The design work inside the building is something else with a really high level of detail to the theme. There are tanks with creatures in above the bar which the staff will tell you produce the eggs that are in some of the drinks (they are actually popping pearls) and some of the devices behind the bar look like the heads of Bounty Hunter droid (IG-88 type droids). Even the beer mats that you sit your drinks on are Star Wars themed (I took a set home with me).

Oga’s Cantina Snack Menu With Pictures
There isn’t a lot of food served at Oga’s Cantina but there are the following snack options during the day. We really enjoyed the Batuu Bits which seemed to be various types of vegetable chips with dip and they were really tasty and great alongside a couple of beers.
Batuu Bits – $11.00
Crispy Galaxy Snack Bits with Spiced Chermoula Dip
Happabore Sampler – $21.00
Cured and Roasted Meats, Cheese, Pork Cracklings

Atmosphere
The atmosphere was fantastic inside the Cantina with the music pumping out and servers shouting and encouraging all the guests inside to get involved to by clapping or chanting. From where we were sat you really felt part of a special experience and I personally could have sat there for hours; it was a great atmosphere. I can honestly say I have not felt as immersed anywhere else in Disney World as I did inside the Cantina.
Our Drinks
We enjoyed ourselves so much we ended up having 2 rounds of drinks and were there for at least an hour and a half. I think our server could see we were enjoying ourselves so asked if we wanted another round of drinks and without hesitation, we said yes. We didn’t feel rushed like we thought we might in the cantina and clearly the 45 minute rule was dependant on your server and probably how much money you were willing to spending.
I had a couple of the Bad Motivator IPA’s which was a really refreshing and enjoyable ale although with an ABV of 6% it was fairly strong, so it is probably good that I only had a couple. The kids both had a Blue Bantha which I though tasted like a non-alcoholic Pina Colada. As I mentioned Dominic didn’t enjoy his so ended up with water and Beth had an Oga’s Obsession after her Blue Bantha which was more of a snack than a drink which was kind of like a jelly with popping pearls and cotton candy.
Have You Tried Star Wars Blue Milk at Hollywood Studios
Claire enjoyed a couple of glasses of the Toniray wine. A teal coloured wine which she said was the best glass of wine she has had at Disney World. She was tempted to try another drink, but she enjoyed it so much she just had to have another glass.
What Did Our Kids Think?
Dominic (10 years old) thought it was great and as far as he was concerned it was his first experience of going to night club which I thought was a fun way to describe the Cantina. Beth (nearly 12 years old) enjoyed it too and took lots of photos and really enjoyed her Oga’s Obsession. Both of my kids are fully aware of Star Wars (Dom more so than Beth) but I think that even kids that haven’t seen all of the movies would still enjoy it.
Would We Go Back to Oga’s Cantina?
Yes, we would absolutely go back to Oga’s Cantina because we really enjoyed it. The drinks we had were nice, the service was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We did consider trying to make a second reservation during our vacation but because we already had a lot planned with fast passes and dining, we couldn’t. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend it to anyone who considers themselves a Star Wars fan (especially a fan of the original trilogy of movies).
Well done Disney you absolutely nailed this one!
