Best Places To Eat Breakfast at Disney Springs

These are my top 10 best Disney Springs breakfast locations. These locations offer the best breakfast and brunch with a mixture of quick service, table service and even kiosk options to get your day started. Let’s jump into some great breakfast food and brunch options.

1. Gideon’s Bakehouse

Location: The Landing

Gideon's Bakehouse

Since opening in 2019 Gideon’s Bakehouse has been a hugely popular spot for anyone wanting to try their delicious cookies and cold brew coffees. During the day you will usually find that you need to join a virtual queue before you can get inside and get your cookies.

The great thing about being at Disney Springs early in the morning is that you can join the standby line and get inside pretty quickly to grab and go a cookie and cold brew for your breakfast. There are plenty of places to sit outside that are close by too.

Each month Gideon’s offers a specialty cookie and you can’t go wrong with starting your day with their standard chocolate chip or peanut butter crunch cookie for breakfast at Disney Springs. We ended up visiting multiple times on our last vacation.

2.Earl of Sandwich

Location: Marketplace

Earl of Sandwich

Earl of Sandwich opens at 9am and is a great quick service restaurant for breakfast at Disney Springs. This has always been one of my favorite quick service restaurants at Disney Springs as I am a huge fan of the famous Earl of Sandwich holiday sandwich here but they do offer a variety of breakfast sandwiches that include ham, bacon and eggs as well as breakfast bowls and breakfast burrito options too.

My Earl of Sandwich recommendation for breakfast would be to try the Breakfast BLT sandwich to start your day.

3.Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew

Location: West Side

Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew

Another quick service location. Everglazed Donuts offers a huge selections of donuts and everyone that I have tried have been an absolutely delicious breakfast or snack. These are my favorite Donuts at Disney World and I cannot recommend them enough.

My Everglazed Donut and Cold Brew

There is seating inside Everglazed donuts too so you can get some air con whilst you enjoy your donuts and cold brew or coffee. If you don’t have a sweet tooth they also offer breakfast sandwiches and a breakfast burger too. Everglazed donuts opens at 9am so it is another great spot to grab a quick bite to eat for breakfast at Disney Springs before the shops open.

4.Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin

Location: The Landing

Chef Art Smith's Homecomin

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin is one of my favorite table service restaurant locations at Walt Disney World. It offers great breakfast and brunch menu items and this is especially the case for breakfast or brunch at Disney Springs. For me the Grand Daddy plate that consists of three eggs, pecan smoked bacon, grilled country ham , cheddar cheese drop biscuit and a choice of two sides is one od the go to breakfast options.

You can also start your day with a rise and shine cocktail should you choose. If like me you are a fan of the wonderful fried chicken from celebrity chef Art Smith don’t worry. Homecomin offers fried chicken and donuts on it brunch menu so you can get your fried chicken fix.

During the week Homecomin opens at 11am for brunch at Disney Springs but opens earlier at 9am on the weekend for an earlier breakfast before you hit the shops.

5.Starbucks

Location: Marketplace and West Side

Starbucks at Disney Springs West Side

Disney Springs has two Starbucks with a kiosk at the Disney Springs Marketplace near World of Disney and one located on the West Side near the Aerophile hot air balloon which has inside seating and your traditional coffee shop experience.

These are always good for a reasonably fast quick service snack and coffee before your day starts at Disney Springs. I often have a pastry or breakfast sandwich with an iced black coffee or cold brew.

You know what you are getting with a Starbucks and with two locations they are ideal for a grab and go breakfast or brunch at Disney Springs.

6.Raglan Road Irish Pub

Location: The Landing

Raglan Road Irish Pub is probably more recognized for live music and live entertainment in the evenings but it also has some great breakfast options. On Saturdays and Sundays Raglan Road offers a Rollicking Raglan Brunch at Disney Springs with live Irish music and entertainment.

Raglan Road Irish pub

My choice for breakfast here is the Full Irish breakfast which consists of Cheshire hertiage pork Irish banger, black and white pudding, bacon, roasted tomato, mushrooms and fried eggs with roasties. Raglan Road is a great Disney Dining location whatever the time of day but is definitely worth considering for breakfast or brunch at Disney Springs.

7.Amorette’s Patisserie

Location: Town Center

Amorette's Patisserie

I’m picking Amorette’s Patisserie for it’s wonderful variety of cakes but they do also offer crepes and sandwich options too as well as Joffrey’s coffee too. The only catch here is that the earliest it opens is 11am on a Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This makes it more of a brunch at Disney Spings location.

It is a great spot though for a pastry, specialty cake, cookie or cheesecake so is great for a later start to your day for a late Disney Springs breakfast.

8.Wolfgang Puck Bar And Grill

Location: Town Center

Wolfgang Puck Bar And Grill

Wolfgang Puck offers a signature/fine dining for your Disney Springs breakfast or brunch. You can have an old school breakfast with eggs and bacon or go for the chicken and waffles (my pick here).

They also offer bottomless mimosas here as well as a strawberry bellini and a bloody Mary should you fancy a cocktail with your breakfast and brunch.

9.STK Orlando

Location: The Landing

STK Orlando

If you enjoy brunch options with lots of meat head to STK Orlando. With lots of meat based dishes on their brunch menu you can enjoy: Smoked Pork Belly Benedict, Hot Chicken and Waffle, Wagyu Burger BKFT and of course Truffle Steak and Eggs.

There is also Eggs and Avocado Toast, Cinnamon French Toast and an Egg White omelet on offer for those looking for something a little less meat based.

That being said the variety on the menu puts STK Orlando on my Disney Springs breakfast list.

10.Wine Bar George

Location: The Landing

Wine Bar George

Wine Bar George has a really good brunch menu that offers standard breakfast items such as french toast and eggs benedict to wonderful wine country brunch boards.

The brunch boards offer artisanal cheese and meats and are great for sharing. The Big Board offers a selection of six cheeses and five meat with condiments. There are even brunch sweets to enjoy here with key lime pie and olive oil cake on the menu.

If you are looking for a drink to get you going for the day try the Wake Up Call cocktail which is Espresso-infused Barsol Pisco and Caffe Borghetti Espresso Liqueur.

You can eat at most locations without an advanced dining reservation. Most restaurants offer walk up dining reservations. A lot of the popular restaurants at Disney Springs can get very busy though (especially later on in the day) and often you will have to wait some time for a table.

Obviously with quick service dining and kiosks you don’t need to book a table at all.

Is Disney Springs busy in the morning?

Disney Springs is usually pretty quiet first thing in the morning. Crowds start to pick up around lunch time in my experience and then it usually gets very busy late afternoon into the evening. This is especially the case at the weekend from Friday and through to Saturday and Sunday when it is at its busiest.

Which Disney Springs Hotel has a Character Breakfast?

For a proper Disney character breakfast you would be best to look at other Walt Disney World resorts that are not close to Disney Springs such as Disney’s Contemporary resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian and Disney’s Polynesian Village resort. These are all located close to Magic Kingdom but are easily accessible.
