When we think of Walt Disney world we automatically think of the parks, rides, characters and even the food but one major part of Disney is often forgotten- shopping at Disney World!! Most vacations aren’t based around shopping and quite rightly so especially with the already high cost of the hotel and tickets not to mention actually getting to Disney world itself. However, there are some great Disney World shops if you are looking for some retail therapy or some time away from the rides and attractions. Disney World boasts so many different stores and locations that sell an array of merchandise so let’s look at the best Disney World Shopping locations.
The 10 Best Disney World Shops
10. Disney Character Warehouse
Location: Vineland Premium Outlets
I’m going to start this by cheating (just slightly). Disney Character Warehouse is located at the Vineland Premium Outlet Mall and although it is not on Disney World property it is only a short distance from Disney Springs.
Here you will find stock that they no longer sell in the Parks (sometimes you can find current park merchandise) that is heavily discounted. We have picked up some bargain T-Shirts and Spirit Jerseys from here in the past and it’s definitely worth taking a look. You will very likely find some great Disney Bargains.

9. Crystal Arts
Location: Magic Kingdom
Crystal Arts located on Main Street is a great store to visit purely just to look at the glass and crystal Disney items on sale. You can find some lovely porcelain items here too and you can also watch a glass blower at work which is fascinating. Personalized and engraving services are offered here too.
8. Art of Disney
Location: Epcot World Showcase
Art of Disney located at the America Pavilion is a store that I always enjoy visiting. Previously located adjacent to Spaceship Earth this store sells a wide variety of Disney artwork from small single character illustrations to huge pieces of art that you would need to get shipped home. You will also find prints, books and ornaments. A lot like Crystal Arts this is a great location just to have a look around but is also great for finding some prints to take home.
7. Disney’s Days of Christmas
Location: Disney Springs
There a few permanent Christmas stores located at Disney World (at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios) but this one is our favourite. Located at the far end of Disney Springs this is the biggest Christmas store and there is so much to look at. We like to visit here (usually more than once) every time we visit Disney World to pick a Christmas tree decoration each for our next Christmas – however far away that maybe.
Note – we’ve bought Christmas decorations in February more than once.
6. Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities
Location: Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge – Hollywood Studios
This is one for the Star Wars fans. Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities is an experience just as much as it is a shopping experience. You have Dok-Ondar himself keeping on top of his sales (a fantastic animatronic), there are Star Wars props and details to look at all over the store. Look up and you will see a Mandalorian helmet, there is a baby Salaac and Jedi wall art. There is so much to see in here. And of course there is all the fantastic merchandise to buy from replica lightsabers, costumes to little trinkets that you would expect to find in the Star Wars galaxy.
Note – Black Spire Outfitters at Galaxy’s Edge is also worth exploring.
5. World Showcase
Location: Epcot
I can’t pick out one specific store on World Showcase because I think it is best to experience all these different stores as one experience.
There are so many different and interesting products to see as you visit each pavilion. You have the cuckoo clocks in Germany, the Japanese candy in Japan and the wines in Italy just to name a few. Make sure you set at least a day aside to really enjoy Epcot’s World Showcase.
4. Main Street Emporium
Location: Magic Kingdom
Main Street Emporium is one of the best shopping locations at Walt Disney World. It stretches the length of Main Street USA and is split up into different sections from souvenirs, to toys and to kids and adult clothes. You can find a little bit of everything here along with Magic Kingdom merchandise too.The Emporium is also a great location to escape the hot Florida sun during the day and can also be a great cut through when either getting to or away from the park hub.
3. Mouse Gear
Location: Epcot
One of the main shops in Epcot if not in the whole of Walt Disney World, Mouse Gear is one of the best to visit due to its size and the selection of products. Just like at the Main Street Emporium you can find pretty much everything here. The store is really big with a long footprint. You can find bags and jewelry as well as Epcot Merchandise and all the character and brand products too. A great store to visit at the end of a fun day at Epcot.
2. World of Disney
Location: Disney Springs
World of Disney at Disney Springs is huge and you will find a vast range of Disney clothing and accessories that are also available throughout the rest of the property. One of the perks of shopping here is that they stock a wide variety of designs and sizes. This is literally the biggest store you will find at Disney World. It literally stocks everything Disney related. It has everything from Pandora Jewelry to Autograph Books. You can easily spend hours in this store if you are really into your Disney merch (and I’m not kidding).
1. Disney Springs – Disney World’s Retail District is full of Shops
This is the ultimate Walt Disney World shopping destination. Home to an impressive 104 Disney World shops, stands and pavilions either Disney owned or independents. This is the best Disney World Shopping location to go for some serious retail therapy. Whether you are after Disney souvenirs or high end clothing or even food or gifts, there is something here for everyone. You are bound to get everything you want and more. As this is our number one pick for the Best Shopping Location at Disney World let’s go into a little more detail.
Clothing and Accessories Shops at Disney Springs
Disney Springs has over 40 stores that sell clothing, footwear and accessories. There are designer stores, Disney clothing shops as well some which have blended both. If you are looking for designer clothing and accessory items Disney Springs is home to a great choice, Zara, Kate Spade, Levi’s, UGG and Superdry to name but a few. There are a number of other stores that may not be so widely known but are most definitely worth a browse such as Memory Lanes and Stance.
Another Disney shop that sells clothing is the Co-Op, often having different styles to those found in other locations as well as Dooney and Burke bags. For those Princesses in your life head to Bibbity Bobbity Boutique, although reservations are needed for the makeover, there are dresses there that you can purchase.
Uniqlo and other Famous Brands
Japanese store Uniqlo is a must visit as they have a great range of clothing including an inexpensive Disney range that’s a little bit different. If you are looking for clothing featuring your favourite famous brands look no further than the CocaCola store, Planet Hollywood and Rainforest Cafe or pop into the Harley Davidson store. Disney Springs is also one of the best places to shop at Walt Disney World as it is home to some of the largest Disney owned shops that have great ranges of clothing and accessories.
Toys and Games at Disney Springs
Whether you are shopping for gifts or whether your kids have some spending money there are some great shopping locations for toys and games at Disney World. There are Marvel and Star Wars shops as well as Once Upon a Toy which has lots of Disney toys and gifts.
Lots of Choice When Shopping at Disney Springs
Not found what you are looking for? well don’t be disheartened there are so many more locations for shopping at Disney Springs that you are bound to find that elusive item. There is a cigar shop, sports fans will enjoy the Pele soccer shop, NBA shop and all of the kiosks around the Springs.
Don’t Forget All the Food and Dining Options Too
As well as the shopping locations there are also a wide variety of quick service and table service locations to dine at in Disney Springs. Dining is a big part of the Disney Springs Experience along with a lot of the evening entertainment that you will find if you visit during an evening.
